Jeremy M. Pelphrey concentrates his practice primarily on individually designed plans, including employee stock ownership plans, health and welfare benefit plans, and merger and acquisition transactions.  He assists clients with administrative issues, plan design and compliance, IRS submissions, IRS and DOL investigations, review of service provider agreements, and COBRA and HIPAA compliance.

Jeremy came to California to join Brucker & Morra and contribute his considerable ESOP and merger and acquisition experience.  He is a member of the state bars of California and Illinois, the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership, ASPPA and the Western Pension & Benefits Conference, and he lectures on issues affecting qualified plans, health and welfare benefit plans and COBRA compliance.  Jeremy has also provided extensive editing and citation review in the book, "Employee Stock Ownership Plans," published by The Beyster Institute.
